I am so happy to announce the trademark for Practical CX® is now fully registered and protected in the United States of America, via the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Practical CX® launched in October 2019 to help companies and government organizations implement practical approaches to their customer experience and digital marketing aspirations. A registered trademark represents a commitment to continuing the journey.
